There is no charge to partners for the work we do with them in assessing and/or making a lateral move–our fee, if a placement is made, is paid by our client law firm.

We are often approached by partners (or by their firms) to consult in areas outside of a lateral move. We are uniquely qualified to do that work with law firm partners.  We have faced the same challenges, as our Founder was also a partner in an AmLaw 200 firm.  We also have experience from the client side, as our Founder was a General Counsel in privately-held and publicly-traded companies.

Because of that experience, we can offer real world insights and not just generic consultant advice.  A few of the areas in which we work include:

• Business development and client relations;
• Evaluation and feedback on client presentations (especially new business pitches);
• General career path advice, and
• Many other practice and career-related issues.
